Please give me your opinion if you are familiar with these options. I know that not everybody Cable Road Runner. I have a hell of time with my local cable company, Time Warner Cable. They are so inefficient and unreliable, that I'm ready to fall. I need to know if I should deal with them with their waste, or if you are going to be something else, would be the best option. I feel TWC a monopoly in my area, so you will not get better.
