Can cake be baked in a grill- microwave without convection? - microwave grill
My microwave just grill and microwave cooking, and their properties without the combination of convection mode. I need the challenge of the excellent cakes to win (without egg) cake my friend's rivals (which is actually an enemy). Please help me, how long and how to cook, so I can feel in the world? MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE in the microwave
1 / 4 cup (1 / 2 stick butter)
1 / 2 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1 / 2 c. Flour
1 / 2 tsp. Baking powder
1 / 2 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. chocolate syrup
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients, vanilla and chocolate syrup. Whisk until smooth. Pour baking them in an 8-inch square or round glass. Bake, uncovered, 7 minutes in the microwave.
Glaze:
While the cake is still warm, spread 1 cup miniature marshmallows on top. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the microwave for 30 seconds in a glass bowl. Add the sugar 1 / 2 cup + 2 tablespoons tablespoons condensed milk and mix well. Bake uncovered for 2 minutes. Mix quickly into 1 / 4 cup chocolate chips and 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over the cake and mix with marshmallows.
The microwave cooking time is approximate. Cooking time varies depending on the model of the microwave.
