Work contract? - hotel employment contract
I'm at a hotel in Buxton as a cook and, after obtaining a contract for work several times, I did not get one months after. I thought it was a legally binding and enforceable, to have one. How can my boss that it is necessary and requires one months to produce enough time for me? People who've been there, I havent one months good!

It is legally bound to the conditions of employment within two months after the start of production. Some terms are specifically, but some are involved (for example, are not you working for the competition, it will not be unfairly dismissed)
See the website below
Is obliged him a contract by law. Pay yourself with the taxes they paid fairly and NI contributions? It would be wise to consult the Ministry of Finance. I ask again for a treaty, if it is not considered seriously find a new job. If you order by calling him to court!
Good luck
