Chicago Canoe Nice Places For Hiking/picnic 1.5 Hr (max) Away From Chicago?

Nice places for hiking/picnic 1.5 hr (max) away from chicago? - chicago canoe

There is a nice place to hike / picnic 1.5 hours outside of Chicago? Please tell me the name of the park area and to what extent it is. Ideally, it would also canoe on a lake, or funny, something like that. Thank you!

Starved Rock State Park and Matthias State Park, about 70 miles west of the city, have excellent hiking trails, some of which are surprisingly intense - the real mountains!

The site below has 15 points canoes. The former are at their maximum travel time:

REI is an excellent resource for art and clothing, but also information and maps. An answering machine gives the above information, Oakbrook. no other business has recently moved Northbrook:

Northbrook
888 Willow Rd
Northbrook, IL 60062
(847) 480-1938

Starved Rock is an ideal place for hiking. It is located near Utica, about 1.5 hours from Chicago.

At REI in Oakbrook Terrace or call (630) 574-7700 to find out everything you want to know about hiking / outdoors in the Chicago area. I am sure you have books with pictures of places you want to go.
