I had PCOS for three years. Before the diagnosis and treatment (Fortamet and BC) experienced a period of about three times a year. Fortamet is the extended version of metformin and I have much better tolerated - Stomach problems are minimal.
In any case, we decided to try to a baby shortly after we married, we realized that it would take some time, after everything I've heard stories of other women with PCOS. Well ... Four months later (!), Was the child. I took the Fortamet in the first eight weeks, and now I'm out and around at 20 weeks I!
BTW - If you were not an endocrinologist, is a good time to start, what can be very useful in the process of TTC.
Sorry, I have no answer for you, but I wanted to thank you wholeheartedly. I have it with a severe case of polycystic ovary syndrome in the last 9 years and have seen over 30 doctors with specialists (OB / GYN and endocronologist), and I am yet to find a doctor who knows his subject. At this stage, it was the only relief since the pain is an herbal menopause.

Believe it or not, my husband and I have tried to conceive for more than 8 months. We have tried to refrain from sex for days or weeks, but in vain.
Worse is that it is false hope - I thought that she was pregnant, but not in the end. It's very frustrating, and I understand.

and the star have said .. .. up to 1 months to 6 months and takes something with him, like Clomid, to increase their chances as well ..
